A Kindermusik Level 4 class provides many introductory experiences with musical concepts. It focuses on fundamental musical symbols, more complex instruments, and advanced movement games. Children begin to master new musical terminology and ideas, preparing them for elementary-level math, reading, and writing skills.
Level 4 students are exposed to diverse musical sounds, encouraging them to ask, "What does that sound like?" They listen to individual instruments as well as music that features various genres, cultures, and composers.
Children will advance their skills by participating in dances that incorporate instruments, engaging in back-and-forth instrument play, and executing rhythmic patterns along with songs.
Students will experience a variety of movements, including creative movement, group dances, and movement activities that utilize props, often requiring a partner.
